Bára graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Charles University in Prague. Before joining MELKUS KEJLA & PARTNERS advokátní kancelář s.r.o., she worked as a legal assistant and then for several years as a junior associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal s.r.o., advokátní kancelář. At PwC Legal, she focused mainly on civil and corporate law and gained valuable experience especially in the area of corporate transformations and transactions and acquisitions.

In addition to her practice at the law firm, she also completed a semestral internship at the criminal section of the District Court for Prague 6.
