Věra graduated from the Charles University Faculty of Law, and the University of Economics (VŠE) Faculty of International Relations in Prague, where she majored in Business and Law.
From 2009 to 2014, she worked for ŘANDA HAVEL LEGAL, where she served as a trainee solicitor. While there, she dealt mainly with acquisitions and with corporate and property law. Since 2014, she has been practising as a sole practitioner.
Věra’s area of expertise at MELKUS KEJLA & PARTNERS is advising on property law and mergers and acquisitions.
