After graduating from the University of West Bohemia Faculty of Law in Pilsen, Tomáš worked as a trainee solicitor at the law office of JUDr. Táňa Diršmidová, Attorney-at-Law. During his traineeship he gained general legal practice experience in a wide range of areas, with a narrower focus on commercial and civil law. Since 2017, after passing the bar exam, he has been practicing law as an attorney, and since April 2018 he has been working at the law firm MELKUS KEJLA & PARTNERS advokátní kancelář s.r.o. in Prague.
At MELKUS KEJLA & PARTNERS advokátní kancelář s.r.o. he focuses mainly on commercial law, real estate law, corporate law and litigation. He has extensive experience in advising and representing clients in litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution.
