Jitka graduated from the Masaryk University Faculty of Law in Brno. She trained under Vladimír Bulinský at Bulinský, Vávra & Partners, a law firm in Brno, where she gained general practice experience.
She has been a member of the Czech Bar Association since 2015. She started practising at Ondřej Kochman’s law firm in Prague, where she built on her experience in providing legal advice, especially in family law, medical law, corporate law and property law (esp. housing co-ownership).
At MELKUS KEJLA & PARTNERS advokátní kancelář s.r.o., she focuses on property law, intellectual property law, personal rights, and corporate law. She has a wealth of experience in providing legal advice in criminal and family law, as well as in representing clients in litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution.
