After graduating from the Palacký University Faculty of Law in Olomouc, Lucie joined the District Court in Hodonín, where she worked as a judicial clerk in the civil law and enforcement section. Since September 2017 Lucie has been practicing as an attorney-at-law and has been cooperating with MELKUS KEJLA & PARTNERS advokátní kancelář s.r.o. since May 2018. In the area of civil law matters, Lucie has specialized in panel cases (esp. labour law) and real estate law (esp. leases and tenancies). In terms of enforcement, she focuses on the entire enforcement procedure, starting from the authorisation of the bailiff (the ruling ordering the enforcement), to the decision-making on motions to either suspend or stop the enforcement and, last but not least, rulings on objections against the order to pay the costs of enforcement. Lucie provides comprehensive legal services in all areas of law for both legal entities and natural persons.
