After graduating from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague, Hračja worked as a law clerk at Becker and Poliakoff and CERHA HEMPEL Kališ & Partners, respectively, where he mainly focused on civil and commercial law, litigation and energy matters as well as being the contact person for all Russian-speaking clients.

Since 2021, he has been working at MELKUS KEJLA & PARTNERS in Prague as an attorney-at-law focusing mainly on civil, commercial law and litigation, drawing upon his vast experience in litigation, among other things.
